Other duties include reporting results and related tasks as assigned by the Director of Marketing.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:· Manage email and webinar campaigns in marketing automation program. Experience with GoToWebinar, Pardot and Salesforce is preferred.· Ensure all marketing campaigns are setup with defined success criteria that are measurable upon campaign launch and agreed upon sales and marketing.· Ensure that action items, milestones, and deliverables from various projects are properly synchronized amongst various parties involved in launching key campaign initiatives.· Maintain an internal marketing calendar that outlines all major marketing campaigns and promotions.· Responsible for weekly and monthly marketing reporting that measures the effectiveness of our campaigns.· Work with internal groups to ensure timely and effective delivery of all projects and marketing programs.· Implement and track marketing initiatives.· Help with event and award tracking as needed.RequirementsDESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:· Strong written and verbal skills· 3+ years of experience in marketing campaigns and demand generation· Highly detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects at once· Creative problem-solving skills, but unafraid to ask questions· MS Office skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint· Bachelor’s degree, preferably Marketing or related fieldBenefitsNtirety is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer (EEO/AA).Ntirety offers a competitive salary and benefits including Paid Time Off, FREE Medical to Employees, Dental, retirement plan with 401(k) match, and much more.
