E-Commerceamp; Digital Marketing ManagerWRKOUT is looking for an experienced E-Commerceamp; Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team that is making an impact in the fitness industry. WRKOUT is dedicated to connecting and empowering the delivery of wellness through fitness professionals, brands, and boutique studios.About the RoleReporting to the Director of eCommerce, you will be a hands-on leader responsible for managing day-to-day eCommerce operations, Digital Marketing initiatives, and performance. You will cross-functionally communicate heavily with Brand, Finance, Operations, and Product teams staying in lockstep. You are full of ideas, organized, and love driving digital growth!ResponsibilitiesOverallOwn the multi-channel Digital Marketingamp; eCommerce campaign calendar and ensure cohesion between eCommerce, Digital Marketing, and Brand.Support the GTM development and implementation as it relates to eCommerce and Digital Marketing.Ensure execution and completion of the departmental work plan and eCommerce initiatives.Support the creation of the annual eCommerce budget.Manage the eCommerce P amp;L ensuring top and bottom-line targets are achieved while remaining within spend budgets.·Work on other duties as assigned. This is an ever-evolving role and adaptability will be the key to success.Digital MarketingManage DM performance across all channels, including but not limited to META, Google, PMAX, Display, Affiliate, Tik Tok.Establish applicable KPIs across DM channels; ensure KPI targets are achieved weekly, monthly, and yearly.Oversee SEO initiatives to support organic eCommerce growth and domain health.Manage all ad content, including content calendar planning, submitting creative briefs, and ensuring timely launches of ad creative across DM channels.Oversee and optimize the email marketing program.·Create, assess, and optimize internal digital marketing processes.eCommerce:Manage and oversee website and app performance, content, and functionality.Establish and achieve applicable KPIs, such as traffic, CR, and revenue.Manage the web content planning, asset briefing and calendar tracking.Ensure cross-functional communication of priorities and output for the eCommerce team to other departments and vendors as required.Coordinate necessary web development ticketing and QA.Develop strategies to increase revenue and conversion rate of products.Liaise with and manage third-party partnerships.·Provide ongoing competitive intelligence and eCommerce trend information.·Develop robust standard operating procedures for the business. Reportingamp; Analysis:Measure and report on the performance of websites/app and digital marketing channels, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs) and provide recommendations for optimization.Create post-mortem presentations and analysis tied to campaigns and promotions. ·Support buildout and servicing of eCommerce and Digital Marketing dashboard buildingQualificationsBachelor’s Degree or diploma in eCommerce/Marketing or related field; or equivalent years of combined educationamp; experience.Minimum 4 years’ direct eCommerce and digital marketing experience.High level of experience in managing project deadlines within established cost and time frames.Experience in defining and managing applicable KPIs.Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to analyze and report on sales and product performance for eCommerce and digital marketing campaigns,Working knowledge of project management platforms such as Asana, and JIRA.Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team.Strong analytical capabilities with working knowledge of Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, and other analytics platformsExcellent communication skills (oral and written).Ability to problem solve and seek out solutions.Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring the ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.·Job Type: Full Time (remote) Pacific time zone preferred.
