We have a network of experts that we often refer clients to, such as lawyers, accountants and bankingamp; mortgage specialists.In order to support two members of our executive leadership team, we are currently hiring an executive assistant. The position is essential to the Executive Team members #39; ability to perform their duties and to the smooth and effective operation of the company. The Executive Assistant plays a variety of roles and must be adaptable to the changing needs of the company.What you #39;ll be doing:You will be giving our Board and some of our most senior leaders efficient executive support. Daily duties will encompass: · Proactively overseeing the Executive Team #39;s calendar, accepting responsibility for scheduling meetings, showing up, handling related issues, and creating agendas.· Project management, keeping an eye on deadlines for senior leadership tasks.· Prepare meeting materials, participate in and record minutes from a variety of high-level meetings with the Executive Team or other colleagues as assigned by the Executive Team.· Email and letter management, with appropriate prioritization.· Scheduling and coordination.· Organising travel and accommodation.The right candidate will need:· A minimum of one year #39;s experience working as an executive assistant or in a role similar to one. · Good interpersonal skills. · The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to be finished on time.· Experience of Microsoft Office programmes.· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Rewards and Benefits on offer:· Excellent training and development opportunities; · Competitive salary; · All IT equipment and resources will be provided.· 25 days of vacation plus bank holidays.· Annual medical cashback of up to $1300 is available for therapy, dentistry, optical, and consultation services.
