Job DescriptionFootbridge Patient Care Assistants ensure that our patients feel welcomed in our Centre. This position requires a cheerful, bright, polite individual who is always eager to help and thrives on a busy work environment.Along with being organized, able to prioritise tasks and problem solve.The role requires greeting office visitors and managing patient intake.Answering, screening and routing incoming calls and email enquires.Scheduling patient appointments.Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documents.Keeping a clean and calm reception area.Sorting and distributing mail.This is a full-time position and requires an individual who can work flexible hours including morning opens, mid dayshifts, evening close shifts and some Saturdays.This is a dynamic company culture where employees are eager to succeed.
