Our Ideal Candidate Our Ideal candidate can analyze HR processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement, optimize efficiency enhancement, and provide strategic insights to optimize HR operations. A Day in the Life This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and utilizing data analysis techniques to support data-driven decision-making to drive HR initiatives. Additional key responsibilities include: Develop and maintain HR metrics, dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPI’s) and provide insights to HR leadership. Perform data analysis and interpretation to identify trends and correlations, and present findings in a clear and concise manner. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and team member engagement. Collaborate with the HRIS architect to ensure accurate and reliable data, collection, storage and reporting needs are optimized within the HRIS (UKG) system. Assist in the design and implementation of HR analytics tools and systems to enhance data-driven decision-making. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and recommend innovative solutions to enhance HR processes. Provide support in HR projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, organizational restructuring, and policy development by conducting data analysis and offering insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain HR process documentation, including job aids and workflows.What You’ll Bring to the TeamBachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, data analytics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience as an HR business analyst or similar role, preferably in engineering consulting. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., excel, PowerBI, etc) to analyze and present complex data sets. Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technology systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
