Job Description

Our client is a U.S. based public accounting firm that specializes in working with Americanamp; Japanese businesses and is looking for an experienced IT Auditor to work with their Financial Services Team Note: You must be fluent in both English and Japanese to be considered.This is a remote position and expected to work 40 hours per week on a U.S.A. (EST or PST) time zone (9am-5pm, M-F). Ideal candidates have 3-7 years of experience within IT/SOC/cybersecurity audit and have in-depth knowledge conducting audits on IT infrastructure, data systems, applications, and cybersecurity frameworks. In this role, you will help lead the execution of the audit plan, leading concurrent audits, and preparing recommendations to further strengthen client IT controls.Responsibilities:

  • IT audit engagements covering IT infrastructure, SOC compliance, cybersecurity, and data systems
  • Work closely with senior leadership to identify control gaps and develop plans for remediation
  • Amend the design of cybersecurity infrastructure based on audit findings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and report audit findings and make recommendations for the remediation of control gaps
Requirements:
  • 3-7 years of experience in IT Audit
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in finance, computer science, or another related field
  • Experience leading end-to-end audit engagements
  • Strong ability working independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
