  • Identifying potential leads and clients: Play a key role in identifying potential clients and generating leads through comprehensive research and outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborative database management: Work closely with the sales team to create and maintain a robust database of prospects, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Effective correspondence: Support in preparing and sending introductory emails, proposals, and other sales materials to engage clients and initiate conversations.
  • Client interaction: Communicate with clients to gather information, address queries, and efficiently schedule appointments to facilitate the sales process.
  • Administrative assistance: Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, including tasks such as data entry, CRM management, and document preparation.
  • Efficient scheduling: Assist in coordinating and scheduling sales meetings and presentations, optimizing the team #39;s time management.
  • Meeting participation: Attend sales meetings, taking notes as needed, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Active participation: Engage proactively in training sessions and shadowing opportunities to enhance sales skills and deepen product knowledge.
  • Continuous improvement: Seek feedback from team members and apply insights to continually improve personal performance and contribute to team success.
Your Qualifications
  • Passion for sales: No prior experience required; we #39;re looking an individual with a passion to dive into the dynamic world of sales—just bring a drive to learn and succeed.
  • Undergraduate program: Pursuing or has achieved a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field demonstrates your commitment to gaining essential knowledge.
  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective interpersonal abilities, are crucial for success.
  • Technical proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems are advantageous for this role.
  • Organization and detail-orientated: High organizational skills and attention to detail ensure accuracy and efficiency in various tasks.
