We are looking for an experienced individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join the COBS Bread Marketing Team. This position specializes in omni-channel marketing campaign strategy, to deliver campaigns that achieve set KPIs through various marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
  • Support execution of Marketing Campaign Calendar to develop a marketing plan that maximizes ROI and achieves set KPIs
  • Manage Marketing Campaign Timeline to ensure key milestones are met from development to post-launch
  • Support Marketing Campaign Budget to ensure marketing initiatives are within scope
  • Drive Support Office Team and Franchise network campaign briefings regularly to ensure effective execution
  • Assist with the roll out strategy for all advertising platforms
  • Assist with creative review and artwork sign-off of all campaign materials including in-bakery POS, digital (advertising, signage, POS system, website), and local
  • Provide regular campaign results to Operations Team and Franchise network
  • Support in campaign evaluation execution
  • Manage execution and delivery of Breaducate e-learning module for each campaign
  • Provide support for Marketing projects as required
RequirementsWhat You Bring to the Table:
  • 3 years experience as a Specialist / Assistant Marketing Manager / Associate Marketing Manager in leading the omni-channel marketing campaign strategies from concept to execution
  • Strong project management skills in overseeing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with strength in presentations
  • Excellent written communication skills with strength in short and long form copywriting
  • Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Marketing, Communications or Advertising is an asset
  • Knowledge of Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods and/or Franchising is an asset
  • Experience in SEM and paid media channels is an asset
  • A keen omni-channel marketing lens that optimizes for digital as well as in-store
