You #39;ll develop the ongoing strategy, programming and resources required to support SSC cross-functional teams and stores in completing their projects as it pertains to strategic initiatives. Function as the liaison between the SSC and stores, leveraging feedback to improve upon current processes. Responsible for the effective delivery of content re: initiative delivery to store managersamp; regional managers. Also, responsible for the enrolment of area support partners when the need for project support is present - escalation where necessary. a day in the life: what you #39;ll do

  • Deliver operational programming for initiative project schedule
  • Elevate/Innovate programming through feedbackamp; experience in projects to remove work from stores and optimize processes
  • Maintain and adjust programming based on needs of the business
  • Gain alignment with retail leaders
  • Identify and mitigate risk in projects
  • Consult + enroll stakeholdersamp; cross-functional partners in programming
  • Lead cross functional alignment meetings
qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
  • Program management certification an asset
  • 2+ years in retail store management or corporate management experience
  • 2+ years of experience within store opening operations in NA retail
  • Ability to organize, set priorities, and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines

Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon #39;s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $ $98 ,300 - $129,000 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
