Job DescriptionThe Optoelectronics Systems Engineer plays a key role in a small cross-functional team in a start-up environment developing the next generation of LiDAR solutions for automotive, industrial and consumer applications. You will be responsible for LiDAR system analysis and should be comfortable modeling and comparing different LiDAR system architectures. Through their work, the candidate will influence next generation system design and product roadmaps. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across internal functional units as well as with third party suppliers, partners, and customers. The ideal candidate has prior experience in LiDAR, time of flight (ToF), and/or other 2D and 3D imaging systems. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Hardware Engineering. Responsibilities
