About usAutimo has always been a 100% remote company since we were founded in 2018. We aim to work asynchronously as much as practical, we try hard to avoid unnecessary meetings and calendar events, instead relying on our self documenting processes and slack to keep everyone in the loop. We #39;ve spent a lot of time and effort to get remote culture right (we started by following Automattic #39;s example). We take pride in the fact that all our staff feel the same level of inclusion. Autimo also prides itself on an open, constructive approach to problem solving. Our core values include:
  • A lifelong commitment to education for ourselves, our customers and our community.
  • Building sustainable long term relationships with our partners, our customers, the community and each other.
  • Commitment to shared value systems and the common good, such as Open Source software, and Creative Commons.
  • Long term sustainability, building solutions that will stand the test of time.
Autimo is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace that seeks to recruit, develop and retain talented people from a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. We encourage applications from all genders, races, religions, ages and sexual orientations, as well as parents, veterans, people living with disabilities, and any other groups that could bring diverse perspectives to our business.
