Job Description

Hydreight Technologies Inc. is building the largest mobile clinic network in the United States. Its proprietary, fully integrated platform hosts a network of over 2500 nurses, over 100 doctors and a pharmacy network across 50 states. The platform includes a built-in, easy-to-use suite of fully integrated tools for accounting, documentation, sales, inventory, booking, and managing patient data, which enables licensed healthcare professionals to provide services directly to patients at home, office or hotel. Hydreight is bridging the gap between provider compliance and patient convenience, empowering nurses, med spa technicians, and other licensed healthcare professionals.The Hydreight platform allows healthcare professionals to deliver services independently, on their own terms, or to add mobile services to existing location-based operations. Hydreight has a 503B pharmacy network servicing all 50 states and is closely affiliated with a U.S. certified e-script and telemedicine provider network that provides services in over 650 cities and growing.Hydreight was also named One of Canada #39;s Companies-to-Watch in Deloitte #39;s Technology Fast 50TM Program in 2023.Role and Responsibilities:

  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and social media that attracts and converts our target groups.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
  • Analyze consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, like Google Analytics.
  • Coordinate with other departments to produce effective marketing collateral and campaigns.
  • Extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with proposals and recommendations on tactics.
  • Manage email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years experience in Marketing (particularly in the B2B space)
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools. (Hubspot is preferred)
