Job Description•Description:1.Provide Site Supervision to site as assigned by the client Project Manager2. Direct site construction activities in accordance with schedule, specifications and procedures3. Ensure compliance with the client Site Safety program and policies on each site4. Ensure proper building construction/installation methods are adhered to5. Conduct or attend (if Forepersons are leading) the weekly tool box safety meetings6. Meet weekly with Forepersons to review schedule and labour impacts and adjust to maintain schedule7. Supervise sub-contractors; organize labour and equipment requirements based on 3 week look-out on schedule8. Assist the client PM to monitor and manage site schedule of activities to key milestones9. Identify and recommend change orders10. Attend regular on-site construction meetings; generate regular status update reports using clienttemplate11. Interface with Owner’s representatives as required and communicate to client PM12. Receive materials on site and ensure proper paper flow with client home office13. Other duties as assigned by the client Project Manager
