Dataamp; Technology Driven.BURNCO has a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst who will be responsible to manage and support integrations in production environment as well as design and implementation of the new services by collaborating with multiple internal departments from both the Business, IT, and external vendors. You will drive the formulation of a strategy for designing services-based process automation and orchestration framework that will support multiple current and future enterprise solutions. You will also ensure the execution of the strategy through owning the ongoing design, development, testing and management of the new services.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Manage and support the Integrations (based on OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), ADF (Azure Data Factory) and Cinchy) in the production environment
  • Collaborate with the IT and business stakeholders to resolve the production incidents and implement enhancements in a timely manner
  • Lead the efforts of the stabilization and optimization of the current OIC environment that supports various current projects, processes and platforms
  • Work to resolve the API gateway configuration issues and configurable items that live within the Oracle infrastructure.
  • Design and implement the networking and security aspects of integrations
  • Help to define architectural decisions that become part of the playbook for the future state of the integrations design that includes identity access management.
  • Develop a strategy for designing a services-based framework built.
  • Design, develop and manage the Integration environment, testing, and implementation of new services as they become available.
  • Define best practices and SOPs for applied architectural principles that will govern the integrations design.
  • Design and implement Integrations solutions that are reliable, scalable and secure
WHAT WE WOULD LIKE FROM YOU
  • Minimum Bachelor #39;s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline
  • Master #39;s degree in information technology, or business-related discipline is an asset
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience in the information technology area
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with either OIC or ADF (Azure Data Factory) and have the ability to learn the other
  • Strong understanding of the data concepts: SQL, PL/SQL
  • 5+ years of extensive experience in working with API #39;s
  • Knowledge and understanding of applications such as Apex, Onbase, and Command is an asset

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders from diverse departments and understand the integration needs
  • Ability to convert the business needs into detailed integration requirements
  • Ability to quickly gain deep knowledge and understanding of the technical processes which they will need to support, as well as the ITamp; business units they affect.
  • Ability to assess the work effort required for the Integration projects and provide the accurate cost, resource and timeline estimates
  • Ability to learn various tools and technologies related to Integrations
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Share timely information within and across functions to get things done effectively
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking and a broad vision when making decisions
  • Address risks in a timely manner to eliminate them
  • Deal with pressure and change by staying calm to quickly adapt to changes
  • Build a relationship with clients, provides valuable services, seeking feedback and continuously improving
