Job Description

This position is for our Griffin location.As a Facility Operator, you will be required to assist customers including loading/unloading crop protection products, delivering products, blending fertilizer, treating pedigreed seed, as well as organization, repairs, and maintenance of the yard, office, and warehouses. You will also be required to assist the team in the day-to-day operations.Job Knowledge & Requirements:-Valid Class 5 Drivers License (Class 1A would be an asset but not required)-Experience with equipment skid steer, farm tractor, forklift, and conveyors would be an asset-High attention to detail-Can be comfortable working in an environment that can be dusty and noisy-Mechanical ability would be considered an asset-Ability to work at heights-Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner-Comply with all Precision Ag and Industry regulatory and safety standards-Ensure facilities and grounds are clean and tidy, well-maintained, and free of hazards-Promote all products and services offered by Precision Ag-Adhere to company policies and procedures-Ensure safe and defensive driving habits and maintenance/cleanliness of Precision Ag company vehicles-Complete other duties and projects as required-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential- Computer skills-Ability to maintain a busy work schedule (longer hours worked during these months)-Self-starter with a desire to succeed-Ability to work independently and contribute to building the team-Ability to identify opportunities and implement solutionsNote - Position may be filled prior to the deadline so please apply early.Only those applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.Thank you for considering the Precision Ag Team!Application deadline: 2021-10-15Expected start date: 2021-10-12Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:
