Requirements

Proven experience as a CNC laser cutter operator, particularly with steel materials.
Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
Ability to read and work from complex blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer skills for program entry and documentation.
Certification in CNC operation or related field is an asset.
Knowledge of laser cutting technologies and equipment is highly desirable.
