You’ll help our loyal customers find their favorite pastries and warm bread, while also getting to know their preferences and creating lasting relationships. No prior baking experience is needed—just bring your sparkling personality and a readiness to learn!What You’ll Do:

  • Work collaboratively with your team to deliver outstanding service to our customers.
  • Engage with customers, sharing your enthusiasm for our fresh products and ensuring they leave with a smile!
  • Help with product merchandising, keeping the bakery looking inviting and fresh, and executing marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery while assisting with production tasks. Get ready to roll up your sleeves and join in the fun of baking!
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For:
  • A friendly person who genuinely loves to help others and provides a personable experience.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Strong communication skills and an engaging demeanor that makes customers feel welcomed and valued.
  • Experience in retail or customer service is an asset, but a great attitude and willingness to learn is what really matters!
  • Dependable team player who enjoys collaborating with others in a dynamic environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
  • Frequent use of both hands, including some lifting of products and bakery items, ranging from 7.5 kg to 22 kg.
  • Comfortable in an environment that involves bending, reaching, and multitasking in a busy setting.
