Job Description

We #39;re looking for a high performing Senior Project Manager to lead demolition, concreteamp; specialty construction projects across the Maritimes.If you thrive in high-risk, fast-moving environments and know what it takes to deliver complex jobs — safely, efficiently, and profitably — we want to hear from you.This role is ideal for someone from a specialty trade background (demolition, concrete, cutting/coring, shotcrete, hazardous material abatement, environmental, specialty civil, etc) who #39;s managed projects from the ground up and leads with clarityWhat You #39;ll Be Responsible For

  • Own the execution of demolition, concrete and specialty projects form kickoff to closeout
  • Lead project planning, resourcing, and scheduling
  • Manage communications with clients, subcontractors and our field supervisors
  • Monitor productivity, costs, timelines — and solve problems before they escalate.
  • Drive safety and compliance expectations
  • Collaborate with field team to ensure clarity, execution, and accountability
  • Estimate, price and secure projects
RequirementsYou Might Be a Fit If You:
  • Have experience managing demolition, concrete, or specialty trade projects
  • Thrive under pressure and enjoy a fast pace
  • Know how to lead both from the laptop and on the ground
  • Speak the language of the crews, clients and superintendents
  • Take ownership of results and don #39;t make excuses

Qualifications
  • 3-10+ years of construction experience (specialty trade or GC background)
  • Proven experience managing demolition, concrete or specialty trade projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencingamp; safety
  • Confident with schedulingamp; cost tracking
  • Valid driver #39;s license
