You will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s goals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Implement and monitor performance management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
