You will work on cases involving commercial disputes, regulatory challenges, and other corporate matters, ensuring the best possible outcome for clients.Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
  • Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to build strong cases.
  • Advise clients on litigation strategies and potential outcomes.
  • Negotiate settlements and manage dispute resolution processes.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Membership in good standing with the provincial Bar.
  • 4+ years of experience in litigation, with a focus on corporate law.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Excellent advocacy and negotiation abilities.
