Job Description

OAKRIDGE LANDSCAPE CONTRACTORS is recruiting an AZ Driver and DZ Driver (Year Round) in Hamilton to join our dynamic team of talented individuals!Position: AZ Driver or DZ Driver.Location: Hannon (Hamilton), Ontario.Pay:

  • DZ: $25- $27.
  • AZ: $28- $29.
  • Benefits after 90 days
  • Company-matching RRSP is available after one year.
  • Company events.
Job Duties:
  • Operate dump trucks, water trucks, and flatbeds (AZ). Training will be provided for the ideal candidate.
  • Load and float heavy equipment such as skid steer loaders, bulldozers, and excavators (AZ)
  • On occasion some manual work when loading materials or watering plants. Helper is available for water truck drivers.
  • Responsible for load securement.
Job Requirements:
  • Ability to drive both standard and automatic trucks.
  • Ability to load and float heavy equipment (training provided for ideal candidate).
  • Ability to work up to 50 hours per week when needed.
  • Must have a clean drivers abstract and a valid AZ or DZ drivers license.
  • Must have 3 years of commercial driving experience.
