If you enjoy the company of the elderly and want to help us "Change the way the world ages" then our team needs you!We have immediate opportunities available for PSW’s who want long-term clients with steady, predictable work schedules.We have openings now! We have in-house boot camp PSW training to help you get started and ongoing training to help you continue to grow in your career and skills as a PSW. And for those who are already PSWs/Caregivers, you can possibly start at a higher rate based on your experience.Why Work for Home Care Assistance Hamilton and Nearby areas

  • We have a variety of openings for caregivers of all levels. If you’re not already a PSW - we have on-the-job training with our exclusive caregiver boot camp programs.
  • You’ll also be trained on our exclusive Balanced Care Method™ and Cognitive Therapeutics Method™.
  • Hourly, live-in, part-time, full-time…we can build a schedule that fits your life and give you 20-30 hrs per week of steady work.
  • We appreciate those who have life experience, so don’t let your age keep you from applying
  • You will be supported by a team of care managers whose goal it is to help you be successful
  • Expand your skills through ongoing training, including our exclusive online certificate programs
  • We pay competitive wages and offer bonuses for those with excellent job performance.
