With a focus on encouraging employees to come as they are, KPMG provides its employees with a variety of unique tools and support systems that ensure they thrive and make their mark in their career and in their communities.What you will doWe are seeking talented and energetic candidates to join our team as a consultant working in our Regions East Greenhouse Gas Emissions practice in Windsor, London, Kitchener, Hamilton, Oakville or St. Catharines starting immediately.KPMGs Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions practice performs multiple engagements related to emissions quantification, emissions reduction and third-party assurance over emissions for our clients. We work for clients from all industries, of all sizes from across Canada and around the world.Consultants in our GHG emissions practice usually join coming directly from an undergraduate degree or Masters degree with between 0 to 5 years work experience.What you bring to the roleWe are looking for candidates who are passionate about a career in the greenhouse gas emissions space and who are enthusiastic to make a positive impact for our clients.Our team consists of people with undergraduate degrees in engineering, accounting, and the sciences who have a background and some experience in the quantification of GHG emissions.We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following traits:

• An inquiring mind
• Ability to combine both quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve complex business and technical problems
• Strong interpersonal, conversational, and interviewing skills (our team is client facing and very efficient in getting the information we need in a minimal amount of time)
• Attention to detail and commitment to deliver high-quality work
• Demonstrated record of participation and/or leadership roles in academic and/or extracurricular activities; leadership in sustainability-related activities a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver commitments on time
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in the collection of base data used to calculate GHG emissions and the calculation of GHG emissions using base data is a plus
