Job Description

Position: Dozer Operator.Location: 340 Regional Road 20, Hamilton, ON.Pay: $37–$43 per hour (based on experience).Union Placement: Potential after successful probation.What You’ll Do:

  • Operate a bulldozer with precision for fine grading and finish work.
  • Read and interpret grade stakes, site plans, and laser levels.
  • Assist with site preparation and material movement for large-scale landscape projects.
  • Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong fine-grading experience is essential.
  • 1–3+ years operating bulldozers and similar equipment.
  • Ability to read grade stakes and work to tight tolerances.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
