Title: Heavy Equipment Operator.Location: 340 Regional Road 20, Hamilton, ON.Pay: $29–$36 per hour (based on experience).Union Placement: Potential after successful probationary period.Build Something Amazing With Us!Oakridge Landscape Contractors is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator who thrives on precision and takes pride in delivering top-quality work. If you have experience with bulldozers and fine grading, this is your opportunity to join a team known for transforming outdoor spaces into exceptional landscapes.What You’ll Do:

  • Operate bulldozers and other heavy machinery to complete diverse landscape construction projects.
  • Execute fine grading and site preparation with expert precision.
  • Read, interpret, and follow grade stakes, elevations, and site plans.
  • Collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and ensure safe, efficient operation.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Valid Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.
  • 1–3+ years of experience operating heavy equipment (bulldozer experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of fine grading, site layout, and construction best practices.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and work independently with minimal supervision.
