Patients at the SHF have completed their acute phase of care and are waiting to be moved either to a Long-Term Care or Transitional Bed Facility. Clinical services provided at the Satellite Health Facility (SHF) are within the scope of the Department of Family Medicine at SJHH.The Practice:
