This position requires the successful candidate to communicate succinctly with clients and fellow staff; and therefor a high degree of familiarity with general contracting processes is a must. Competency in minor drywall repair, flooring, door and windows is mandatory; while a familiarity in electrical and plumbing (as to better communicate with clients and contractors) will be considered a strong asset. Preference shall be given to applicants who possess a background in GeneralContracting, and individuals with backgrounds in project estimation, or construction management, are encouraged to apply.RESPONSIBILTIES:Effective communication with tenants and clients. Strong written, and verbal skills are essential, and the successful candidate must be capable of composing well executed emails to ensure clients remain informed about the status of their investments;Executing deliveries to various contractors and customers;Conducting and co-ordinating various construction projects (ie. unit turnovers, flood restoration, kitchen/bath renovations, etc).Presenting a professional image at all times by maintaining high standards of cleanliness of vehicle and ones person.
