Join an innovative, forward thinking property management company based in the Niagara region who is looking to significantly expand in the next 12 months.Are you an outgoing team player who has excellent time management, attention to detail, and great customer service skills Do others describe you as friendly or engaging, or a people person We are looking for a high energy team player, who is going to bring an exceptional level of service to our leasing team.Duties & Responsibilities· Communicate and work with Property Management to ensure properties are delivered on time and as promised· Conduct move-in inspections and orientation with residents· Work closely with Marketing team to update advertising and media channels, promotional programs, and signage for each property· Maintain customer database and ensure that all leads are responded to, and all traffic documented appropriately· Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of product, including availability of suite types and layouts, common areas and amenities of the building, and value-added services provided· Act as a resource interdepartmentally as a subject matter expert on properties· Provide a positive customer experience while maintaining strong relations with residents· Build on and maintain the relationship developed throughout the initial leasing process, through to move-in, while establishing regular communication with new residents ensuring a seamless move-in experience· Support with resident engagement and retention events and activities at properties, as requiredRole Requirements & Qualifications· 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in real estate, property management, or a related field.· High school diploma required, supplemented with post-secondary courses in Business or Real Estate Administration preferred· Forward thinking, solutions-oriented, wiliness to be held accountable· Positive attitude and high energy with exceptional customer service skills· Relationship skills: ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with prospects, residents, and internal staff· Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills· Strong time management skills with the ability to work autonomously· Excellent knowledge of the Niagara area and neighbourhoods· Valid driver’s licence and vehicle· Familiarity with Microsoft Office, GSuite, as well as willingness to learn other platforms· This role will require the Leasing Representative to show properties in both the Hamilton & Niagara regions.
