Job Description

Our clients include industry leading organizations who partner with us to be an extension of their HRamp; Recruitment function.Position: Maintenance SupervisorLocation: Hamilton, ON areaSalary: $80,000 - $90,000 YearlyIndustry: Manufacturing / Engineering/ Automotive / MaintenanceEmployment Term: Full Time / PermanentRolesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all production requirements in the facility.
  • Ensure enough materials and support teams are present for a smooth production process.
  • Purchase inventory as needed.
  • Maintain work order system.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews.
  • Provide technical support when needed.
  • Oversee the equipment repairs needs in the facility.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualificationsamp; Experience:
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in a supervisor role preferably in the automotive environment.
  • Post-secondary education in Engineering preferred.
  • Millwright or similar skilled Tradesperson certification preferred.
  • Experience with automaton equipment required.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) required.
  • Proficient in Computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Able to work a 3-shift rotation - midnights, afternoons, days.
