Primary Functions of the Logistics unit include Just-In-Time inventory management, inter-hospital transport, mail and courier services, and managing relationships with GPO’s and other strategic alliances.Position SummaryThe Material Handler 2 is responsible for maintaining adequate Just-In-Time stock in all clinical areas, surveying inventory items and distributing those supplies appropriately; acting as a liaison between Materials Management and the user areas, replenishing stock as required.Schedule Work Hoursdays, evenings, nights, weekends, holidaysQualifications1.
