  • The position is responsible for managing an efficient, client focused Corporate Services team, providing excellent service to the local team as part of National Operations service line.
Day to day you will:
  • Provide leadership to the Corporate Services team disseminating all best practice information and acting as a mentor and coach to junior staff.
  • Manage performance and development of the local Corporate Services team and ensure the overall quality of work meets KPMG standards.
  • Coordinate reception cover as required.
  • Coordinate all property related matters including carpark register and security fob administration as well as managing stationery and grocery supplies.
  • Credit control for local office clients and creditor invoice coding and approval for local office.
  • Collate information for distribution to National Finance and National Operations team.
  • Plan and coordinate client functions, seminars, and internal staff events including coordinating sponsorship relationships.
  • Coordinate health & safety activities for the local office and liaise with PPC to ensure the local office meets health & safety requirements.
  • Any other duties requirement from time to time to fulfil the purpose of the position.
What you will bring to the team:
  • Competent user of Microsoft programmes, primarily Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Experience in managing and coordinating events
  • Ideally some exposure to a corporate or professional services environment
  • Ideally some accounts experience and strong client focus (internal and external clients)
  • Self-motivated, thorough and methodical with good attention to detail and excellent administration combined with great organisational skills
  • Flexible and client focused approach
  • Professional approach and manner, and articulate with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good written communication and verbal/presentation skills with good listening skills and a diplomatic manner
  • Excellent workload management and prioritising skills, including project and event management expertise
  • Strong advisory and influencing skills
