Job Description

Dim Sum House is looking to be a first restaurant in Hamilton that specializes in gourmet dim sum. With a modern decor and tantalizing menu, Dim Sum House wants to introduce a new way to experience the traditional Cantonese-styled tasting experience. We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our front house team.Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Greeting, seating and serving customers
  • Run food to tables and clear/set tables
  • Answer phone calls (eg. takeout orders, reservations)
  • Accurately packaging takeout
  • Side duties such as food ingredient preparations and cleaning tasks
  • Usage of Point of Sale (POS) equipment and billing transactions
