Job Description

Executive Properties and Black Crown Landscaping, sister companies are currently seeking individuals with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to join our snow removal division in Hamilton.What will you be doing *Several Positions Available*

  • We are seeking several motivated individuals to join our hand-crew teams to complete snow removal services and salt applications
  • All individuals are part of a designated crew, completing specific routes working alongside experienced individuals
  • Complete pre-trip inspections of equipment, safety procedures and other company related documentation
  • Transition to full-time employment is available
  • Potential for machine-operated positions available for those who qualify
What are we looking for
  • A strong work ethic, punctuality, reliability, a team-player attitude and a safety-oriented mindset are characteristics of the successful candidate
  • Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions with long hours
  • Previous experiencing clearing snow is an asset
  • Candidates must be available to be readily available throughout the winter season (November-April) at various times of the day or night
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs
  • A valid, clean abstract drivers license is preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to use smart phone and required apps
