Job Description

  • Seeking a highly motivated Property Accountant with aquot;Can do quot; attitude to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate should be bilingual (Frenchamp; English), exceptionally organized, and have proven capabilities in multi-tasking and prioritizing workloads.
  • The ideal candidate must be well-versed in technology. Computers use.
  • Knowledge of software like:Yardi (Breeze or Voyager), or Proprio Expert, or Hopem Primo Residential an asset.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and timely information.
  • Ensure rent roll is accurate and that billings are being made promptly.
  • Work with revenue, payables, customers, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate, conduct data entry and work on the books.
  • Work with controller, CPA, Tax, Property manager(s) and office staff.
  • Assist with office tasks
Other tasks that may exist:
  • Be adept with new IT introductions,
  • Assist with real estate management,
