Property management Legal administrative assistant About Gestion immobiliere R&R Inc: we are a property management company Job Responsibilities: Administrative assistant:Admin work -Write and respond to emails-Answer all phone calls/Emails-Lease Renewals and negotiations-send out all letters or notices, correspondence/make envelope and label-Create all excel sheets /diagrams /company directory/lists/templates etc-File paperwork-Scan all necessary documents-Administrative calendar/updateLegal and lease preparation: -Process rental Application requests /send application to single key inquiry and follow up-Agent communication, send pictures and necessary information, and follow-on application.-Preparation of lease and other documents, entering all information on Hopem for New lease.-Booking lease signing appointments and keys pick up-Update rental list /sites-Create/update move in and move out lists-Create/update upcoming rentals-Tenant follow up-Schedule Inspection report for manager-run errands, mail letters, send registered lettersQualifications: must be fluently bilingual, must have experience in administration, learns quickly , organized, reliable, honest , must be extremely familiar with Microsoft office, excel word and more, must be able to multi task .Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From $25.00 per hourSchedule:
