Job Description

For more than 30 years, Oakridge Landscape Contractors has been dedicated to creating beautiful landscapes for clients in Southern Ontario.   • $25.00 - $40.00 / Hour depending on experience.
  • Benefits after 3 months.
Job Duties:
  • Cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks using various hand tools and power tools.
  • Prepare and lay bricks and concrete blocks, stone, and structural tiles to construct walls, foundations and other structures in residential and commercial construction.
  • Construct and install prefabricated masonry units.
Job Requirements:
  • Must have a valid driver #39;s license G license, and must maintain a clean driver abstract.
  • Must have 5 to 10 years of field experience.
  • Must be open to doing various types of work (landscaping and winter work).
  • Ability to read landscape blueprints.
  • Strong knowledge of elevations (grading), ability to use a laser level and transit.
  • General knowledge or recognition of hard landscape materials i.e. bricks, concrete stone, natural stone, paving stone, precast wall, etc.
