Key Responsibilities: · Move and clean tools, equipment and other materials;· Assist in the cultivation of the cannabis plant· Assist in the process of weighing, packing, labeling and shipping of the final products· Clean factory facilities, workstations and production equipment on a daily basis· Perform miscellaneous labouring activities such as extracting components of cannabis plantsRequirements: · Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written English language skills· Strong ability to work in teams and independently; maintain a supportive team environment· Proven ability to work well under pressure· Effective multitasking, priority setting and time management skills· Reliable and trustworthy· Flexible and well organized,· Ability to follow a manual of procedures and verbal directions in cannabis industry.Physical Requirements: · The job is physically demanding and involves a combination of standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 40 kg of material. Inside the processing area, it´s mandatory to use personal protective equipment such as face masks, latex gloves, lab coveralls.
