Reporting to the Director of Healthamp; Safety, you will be responsible for leading a team of Field Safety Specialists across the Province with primary accountability to provide direct field support and subject matter expertise to foster a strong health and safety culture for our employees and contractors and ensuring that health and safety requirements are being addressed.To support this commitment, the Manager of Healthamp; Safety will lead building and delivering research-backed programs and tools that are focused on preventing serious injuries and fatalities, continuously improving our health and safety programs, and innovating to find better ways to protect our teams, customers, and communities. As a caring and visible leader on health and safety, you are focused on ensuring the Field Safety Team maintains a focused presence in the field and actively engage with key stakeholders across the business, contractors and in our community through participation in various safety initiatives and committees that provide opportunities to reinforce health and safety as our priority.As Manager, Healthamp; Safety, you will:
