Job Description

Are you looking in your specialty in Home building needed In the London Ontario areaDo you have 2 + years with areas like carpentry, framing, Installations and Trim workIf you answered YES to the above questions, then we have an exciting opportunity as Skilled Labour in the building of modular homes.As a Skilled Labour(modular homes)for a company in business now over 60 years they are a certified modular builder who proudly specialize in steel frame structures pre-fabricated in a production facility, an experienced team of builders, designers and engineers help build and execute their clients dream space.WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Shift: Mon-Thur: Day shift(10hr days)along with OT, and travel
  • Competitive Salary: $25.00-$28.00/hr.
  • Location: 20 min. outside of London
  • Permanent Opportunity: with benefits, vacation, investment program + OT after 40hrs. and meal + accommodations fully paid(when travel is involved)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE:
  • Reading and understanding Architectural Drawings
  • Framing
  • Knowledge of drywall and plaster work
  • Siding installation
  • Windows and Door Installation
  • Flooring installation
  • Painting
  • Finish Trim work
  • Problem solving skills
WHO YOU ARE:
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • 2+ years in carpentry, framing, skilled labour experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to travel at times for Installs
