Job Description

Overview:Location: Ingersoll, ON (with training in Brampton, ON)Pay: Starting at $22 per hour day shift, $23 per hour night shift plus merit increases & bonus opportunitiesDepartment: WarehouseYou’re focused, driven, and organized. There’s never a dull moment in our growing business and it’ll take a special person to help keep things running smoothly and efficiently at all times.Warehouse training will take place over the course of 12 weeks at Dot’s Brampton DC and consist of three 12-hour shifts per week (minus commute time). During this time, Dot will cover basic expenses including gas, food, and lodging. The Ingersoll DC is scheduled to open this spring.WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Pull, pack, and ship orders consistently and accurately using special equipment and technology
  • Lift cases—cases weigh an average of 14 pounds, 35-60 pounds on the high end
  • Pick product from high shelves
  • Obtain required forklift certification during our in-house training
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Safety-first mindset
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Sufficient vision and hearing necessary to operate powered equipment safely
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50ibs
  • Good attendance record
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
  • Inventory experience/knowledge
ROLE SPECIFICS
  • Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week
  • Indoor work with hot and humid or cold temperature extremes
