Job Requirements:
  • Ensure all products are shipped out accurately on a timely basis.
  • Oversee daily material handling operations, while controlling and managing receiving, product storage and material handling throughout the plant.
  • Ensure receiving (internal/external) is accurate, paperwork is correct and recorded.
  • Match shipping paperwork daily and process invoices for internal and external customers.
  • Experience with driving Reach Truck
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock film levels for departments.
  • Conduct monthly and year end physical inventories.
  • Manage Maintenance of all fork lifts and warehouse racking
  • Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
  • Perform daily/weekly/monthly inspections
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow TCF’s health and safety rules, policies, work instructions and SOPs
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Characteristics:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role
  • Computer proficiency with ERP, MS Office
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications.
  • Ability to work in a moderate to cold working environment.
  • Ability to remain flexible and adapt to fluctuating work requirements.
  • Ability to work overtime and weekend as needed to complete all assigned tasks/duties
