Bale Press Operator#E8P 1B5 - Jobs in Inkerman, NB

What you will be doing:

Operate the baler (120pc) or the two (2) balers (110pc) simultaneously.
Change the rolls of bags or plastic film on the press according to the equipment operated
Have to change, on occasion, the teflon strips on the sealer
Follow up daily on the press
Communicate any problems to his/her supervisor to ensure that the products on the pallets reflect the established quality standards
Participate in the maintenance of the press
Assist in the Quality Control Department testing
Assist in the feeding of pallets to the baler
Assist in the supply of rolls of bags or plastic film to the press
Assist in changing the wrapping roller of the wrapping machine, if necessary
Participate in the maintenance around his press and the rest of the plant
Collaborate with the quality control personnel
Perform any other task that management may assign to him/her

Experience you will need:

Have some mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic knowledge to be able to diagnose possible problems
Use sense of responsibility to analyze the operation of the equipment and make suggestions to improve its performance and durability
Be a very conscientious employee with a high sense of responsibility
Be developmentally oriented and not afraid of change, even if he/she is good at it, not to neglect quality for quantity
Take pride in making a good product and maximize the performance of the machine
