Job Description

McMan Youth, Family and Community Services AssociationOur Central Administration office in Innisfail is seeking a: Full Time Administrator (Foster Care)The Foster Care Administrator is responsible for maintaining adequate systems and to provide support to leadership in the areas of financial recording and tracking, and all administrative aspects of the programs.This position is based in Innisfail, Alberta, at the McMan Central Office.Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: - Foster Parent Reimbursement- Monthly Invoicing Related to the Foster Care Program- Foster Parent Skill & Maintenance Payments- EFT Direct Deposit Statements- Tracking of R&Es for the program- Ensure up to date and accurate nominals and placement summaries- Foster Parent HR Tracking and File Audits- Meeting Minutes Related to the Foster Care Team- Organize and Assist at Foster Care Events- Various administrative and general office duties related to the Central Administration Office- Assistance to Foster Care Support workers as well as Foster Parents as requiredMinimum Qualifications:- Certificate/Diploma in Office Administration/or related from a recognized training facility- Experience and proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other related software programs- Three or more years of directly related experience- Preferred experience in the not-for-profit sector- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Strong planning, decision making and organizational skills- Strong time management skills- Ability to work as a member of a professional team- Be flexible and have strong interpersonal skills.- Emergency First Aid Training- Class 5 Divers License, Clean Drivers Abstract and reliable vehicle- Criminal Check and Child Intervention CheckWe thank all that apply.
