An excellent opportunity with a quickly growing, dynamic business…The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a Subprime Finance Manager for our Innisfail Chrysler location.With over 20 dealerships and car service locations stretching across Alberta, British Columbia, Washington, Montana, and California; the Cam Clark Auto Group is an industry leader in providing outstanding customer experience since 1987, while also striving to offer an amazing employee experience as well!In the position of Subprime Business Manager reporting to the General Manager,you will be responsible for the execution of the Subprime Sales Department strategies and will be required to be an active force in driving sales through exceptional customer service and selling skills.   • Setting sales goals, tracking progress, and leading the team to achieve and exceed those quotas.
  • Forecasting sales for upcoming months and quarters.
  • Contacting lead inquires and complete credit applications with in-depth information
  • Ensuring maximum approval rate on customers applying for financing
  • Keeping up with non-contact sales pipeline
  • Managing a CRM platform to retain customers and seek new prospective sales.
  • Providing exceptional experience and maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers.
  • Answering all inquiries via phone call from customers efficiently.
  • Making multiple phone calls per day
  • Compiling regular reports for dealership management to review.
  • Communicating and maintaining relations with all lenders.
  • Ensuring all deals are compliant with provincial and federal regulations.
To be successful in this role, you must:
  • Have a valid driver’s license and VSA license.
  • Have previous experience in subprime sales.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedicated to providing great customer service and building rapport with clients
  • Be driven and self-motivated for continuous professional development
  • Have the ability to overcome rejections
