Job Description

About Us:GROW Women Leaders is looking to hire a Facilitator to be responsible for facilitating workshops, micro events, and summits and help us work towards our mission to help women, especially immigrants and BIWoC, get hired and advance their careers. As a Facilitator, you will play a key role in organizing and leading educational events aimed at fostering inclusive hiring practices and leadership development.

  • Facilitate workshops in various cities.
  • Lead micro events and summits.
  • Assist in reporting activities and gathering feedback from events.
  • Help with conducting evaluation reports
  • Help design and develop educational materials on inclusive hiring and leadership development.
  • Prepare data and workshop materials; develop the structure and plans for workshops with employers.
  • Assist with business coaching and workshop training.
  • Monitor and evaluate project success against planned objectives.
  • Assist with final year reporting.
Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate educational workshops, micro events, and summits.
  • Prepare and organize data and materials for workshops.
  • Develop and implement project structures and workshop plans.
  • Collaborate with the team to document best practices and lessons learned.
  • Assist in evaluation reports
  • Help design educational materials and training programs.
  • Provide business coaching and workshop training.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of workshops, micro events, and summits.
  • Support final reporting activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong facilitation and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in educational material design and curriculum development.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with employers and community partners.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and integrating data into program development.
  • Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
RequirementsRequirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilitating workshops and events.
  • Proven experience in reporting and feedback gathering.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Understanding of inclusive hiring practices and leadership development.
