Job Description

Are you a skilled immigrant woman who is underemployed or unemployedGrow Women Leaders is offering a unique opportunity for skilled immigrant women to become a Grow Women Leaders Candidate Ambassador at the Grow Women Leaders Summit. This includes all expenses paid (flight and hotel) and the possibility of receiving a full scholarship to work with Grow Women Leaders. As a Candidate Ambassador, you’ll represent our organization, engage with attendees, and promote our mission to empower women, particularly immigrants and BIWOC, to secure employment and advance their careers. This is a valuable chance to build your professional network, gain experience, and increase your visibility within diverse industries.Responsibilities:

  • Attend all scheduled events and represent Grow Women Leaders with professionalism.
  • Network with attendees, sponsors, and stakeholders to support and promote our mission.
  • Share event highlights and key moments on personal or professional social media channels.
  • Actively engage in discussions, presentations, and networking sessions.
  • Provide feedback and submit a post-event report, including insights and observations.
Criteria for Selection:
  • To be considered as a Grow Women Leaders Candidate Ambassador, you must meet the following criteria:
  • Immigrant woman who is currently underemployed or unemployed.
  • Possess skills or experience aligned with the mission and values of Grow Women Leaders.
  • Demonstrated interest in women’s empowerment and career development, especially for BIWOC and immigrant women.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Must be registered in the Grow Women Leaders Database and following us on social media.
  • Willingness to participate in event activities actively, including networking and discussions.
  • Commitment to promoting the event and our mission on personal or professional social media channels.
