In this role, you will be responsible for Strategy Development, Campaign Management, Market research, Brand Management, Team Leadership, and Budget Management. Your contributions will help us work towards our mission of empowering women, particularly immigrants and BIWoC, to secure employment and advance their careers.The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the organization to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, market research, branding, and campaign management.

  • Create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives and business goals.
  • Identify target audiences and determine the best channels and tactics to reach them effectively.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, email, and events.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Oversee the development and execution of the company’s brand strategy.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across all channels.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined objectives.
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing materials.
  • Lead initiatives to build and strengthen brand awareness in the market.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Work with external agencies, vendors, and partners to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead the marketing team in responding to any public relations issues or crises, ensuring effective communication and brand protection.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and branding.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Demonstrated experience in brand management and content creation.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, with a history of successfully managing and developing a marketing team.
