Job Description

Peter Lucas Project Management is seeking a Procurement Administrator to join our team. Hours: Flexible | 20–35 Hours/WeekWhat You’ll Be Doing:You will support the development and administration of procurement strategies that promote sustainability, diversity, and ethical sourcing. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and expanding a diverse-supplier database
  • Reviewing and standardizing KPIs across reports
  • Documenting ESGI (Environmental, Social, Governanceamp; Indigenous) procurement activities
  • Identifying Indigenous suppliers in spend data
  • Supporting supply chain risk mitigation related to forced and child labour
  • Assisting with logistics for events, including the Indigenous Supplier Showcase
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications
  • Updating ESG-related vendor information in Ivalua
  • Coordinating meetings, agendas, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders
Deliverables Include:
  • Updated supplier diversity list with newly identified businesses
  • Event support materials and post-event summaries
  • Compiled KPI data and ESGI reporting documentation

  • 1+ years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Strong research and data analysis capabilities
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Familiarity with procurement processes (RFx, contracts, vendor engagement)
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Passion for sustainability, social impact, and inclusive procurement
  • Event coordination or logistics experience is an asset
