  • Post-secondary education or training in a related discipline.
  • 3 year’s related experience (e.g. contract management, financial management, vendor relations, public and/or business administration, computer science). Preference maybe given to applicants with 5 or more years’ experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience monitoring the provision of outsourced service providers, including contract performance evaluation.
  • Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Experience leading and facilitating teams, and monitoring and reporting outcomes.
  • Experience developing and maintaining working relationships and resolving problems with vendor partners.
  • Experience developing, implementing and monitoring quality improvement frameworks and initiatives.
Preference may be given to those with:
  • Additional education or experience in the area of business administration, and/or those who have completed course work in accounting, finance, audit, procurement, project management and/or organizational behaviour.
  • Experience supervising staff.
  • Extensive experience with Information Management and Information Technology services.
