The Cam Clark Automotive Group is looking for an organized and customer service-oriented Temporary Service Coordinator for our Kamloops Ford Lincoln location in Kamloops BC.Do you have a strong background in customer service and are looking to be part of a fast-paced work environment We are looking for a customer service superstar who is organized and detail-oriented, to join our team. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!A Little About You:Reliable with exceptional communication skills both verbally and written, you pride yourself on your strong phone skills and your ability to multi-task while working well in a team environment and on your own. Previous experience working in a dealership as a service coordinator or receptionist is considered an asset.A Little About the Position:As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will be responsible for answering and transferring calls as required along with scheduling and organizing our service appointments. You will also provide a wide range of clerical duties including answering emails promptly, greeting customers and data entry.
